If you have tried to swap your fuel cap out from the stock “monza” on your Thruxton 1200/Speed Twin/Scrambler 1200 tank you will have found that you have been left with a strange, notched ridge that is welded into the top of the tank.

Up until now your only choice was either ignore it or grind it off. We have machined these snap-fit ring adapters out of billet to take care of this problem for you. This sale is for the ring adapter piece only cnc machined out of 6061-t6 aluminium. Suitable for use in combination with any Motone Monza or Billet Gas Cap
